The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) is a coalition of service providers, local governments, and community members who work together to coordinate funding and bring best practices to the work of ending homelessness in Orange County.

The Partnership is jointly funded by 4 local governments:

Housing Help: Only A Phone Call (or Email!) Away

People in housing crisis can call Housing Helpline, 919-245-2655, to talk with someone about resources to help maintain or re-enter housing:

  • Monday - Friday, noon-4pm and overnight, midnight - 6am

Help is also available via email, housinghelp@orangecountync.gov; emails will be returned during weekday office hours
